Cookie Policy
Effective date: 22 April 2026
§ 1. General Information
- This Cookie Policy (hereinafter: the "Policy") sets out the principles of using cookies and similar tracking technologies on the website available at https://syntropicsignal.ai (hereinafter: the "Website") operated by VECTORLENS Sp. z o.o., KRS 0001190119, NIP 0001190119, e-mail: hello@syntropicsignal.ai (hereinafter: the "Controller").
- This Policy constitutes an integral part of the Privacy Policy and should be read together with it.
- Cookies and similar technologies are used by the Controller in accordance with applicable provisions of law, in particular Articles 173 and 174 of the Polish Telecommunications Law, Articles 6 and 7 of the GDPR, and Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy Directive).
§ 2. Definitions
- Cookies — small text files stored on the data subject's device (computer, tablet, smartphone) in connection with the use of the Website.
- Similar technologies — including, in particular, browser storage mechanisms (localStorage, sessionStorage), scripts, pixels, and tags, which the Controller applies under the same principles as cookies.
§ 3. Categories of Cookies Used
- Strictly necessary cookies — indispensable for the correct functioning of the Website. These cookies are stored without the need for the data subject's prior consent, on the basis of Article 173(3) of the Polish Telecommunications Law.
- The Website does not set analytical, marketing, or advertising cookies, and does not engage in any form of profiling or behavioural advertising.
§ 4. Specification of Cookies
Strictly necessary:
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| lang | Stores the language chosen by the data subject (EN / PL). | 12 months |
§ 5. Third-Party Services
- The Controller makes use of the following external services:
- Calendly (Calendly LLC, United States) — the scheduling widget embedded on the Website is loaded exclusively upon an active action taken by the data subject (opening of the booking modal); cookies of this provider are set only at that time. Further information: calendly.com/legal/cookie-notice.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc., United States) — a privacy-preserving measurement tool used to prepare aggregated statistics regarding use of the Website (pages visited, approximate region, type of device). The tool operates without cookies and without any form of cross-site tracking, fingerprinting, or collection of personally identifiable information. Further information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
§ 6. Management of Cookie Settings
- Because the Website does not store any cookies other than strictly necessary ones, and does not make use of cookie-based analytical or marketing tools, no consent banner is presented to the data subject.
- The data subject may, at any time, block or delete cookies by modifying the settings of the web browser used to access the Website. Instructions are available in the documentation of each browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and others).
- Blocking strictly necessary cookies may result in certain functions of the Website not operating correctly, in particular the persistence of language preference.
§ 7. Retention Periods
- Cookies may be stored as session cookies — deleted upon closing the browser — or as persistent cookies, stored for the periods indicated in § 4 or until they are deleted by the data subject.
§ 8. Data Subject Rights
- In connection with the processing of data by means of cookies, the data subject has the rights specified in detail in the Privacy Policy, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, the right to withdraw consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
§ 9. Amendments to the Policy
- The Controller reserves the right to amend this Policy in the event of changes in applicable law, changes to the Website or to the services it uses, or guidance issued by competent supervisory authorities.
- The effective date of each version of the Policy shall be indicated at the top of this document.
§ 10. Contact
- In all matters relating to cookies and the protection of personal data, the data subject may contact the Controller at hello@syntropicsignal.ai.
